Endeavour safely sailed into orbit May 16th, 2011 on a journey to the International Space Station to install the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer experiment that promises to chart a new course in physics research, plus deliver another stockpile of spare parts for supporting the Space Stations daily requirements. |

Space shuttle Atlantis will carry the Raffaello multipurpose logistics module to deliver supplies, logistics and spare parts to the International Space Station. Atlantis also will fly a system to investigate the potential for robotically refueling existing spacecraft and return a failed ammonia pump module. |
