OPERATIONS & CONDITIONS:

  • All prices are valid through December 31, 2011.
  • All GLOGT excursions & transportation services are guided in English. Upon request , we are able to guide in the following languages Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese & Spanish
  • All sightseeing services have guaranteed departures on days mentioned
  • Our office hours are from 7:00AM through 10:00PM, weekdays and 7:00AM through 18:00PM on weekends.
  • GLOGT provides free pick-ups from select locations in the following areas: International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee (Hwy 192), and Disney area. A surcharge of $ 10.00 per person to a maximum of $25.00 per family will be charged for all other areas in Orlando and Kissimmee or additional non specified hotel pickups, unless otherwise noted in cases of special event tours where pick-ups are at listed locations only.

  • We gladly accept all major credit cards through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Guests honors that one they have purchased a tour all the credit card information supplied is true and correct and payment will be honored by their credit card company.
  • Guests realize GLOGT have earned the full price for arranging their tour even if the guests choices not to take the tour or is unable to take the tour.
  • Guest is responsible to reimburse GLOGT for all reversals, charge-back’s claims, fees, fines, penalties or any other liabilities incurred arising from payments that the guest authorized at the time of reservation.
  • All tour prices include sales tax.

TICKETING:

  • Upon online reservation confirmation of orders will be sent via email. Customers should provide their contact information during the checkout process should any questions arise during the processing of any orders.
  • Customers bear all responsibility for providing a current and accurate delivery address. Usually, all hard tickets will be provided by GLOGT on the day of the tour.
  • However, in certain cases such as a space shuttle launch tours or special event, GLOGT may choose to deliver tickets prior to the tour.
  • GLOGT shall determine, in its sole discretion, the method of delivering tickets, including without limitation registered mail, certified mail and/or couriers such as FedEx or UPS, which delivery shall be at Customers sole cost and expense.
  • GLOGT does not deliver tickets to any hotels, motels or other transitory residence.
  • However, any Customer may choose to pick-up tickets at GLOGT office, which address is identified on this Website minimum 3 days prior to tour day.
  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed for lost deliveries resulting from an improper address. Customers agree to pay all costs to change a delivery address once the order is placed, and GLOGT will automatically charge you this amount without additional notification.
  • GLOGT accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. For tour and tickets with validity dates, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or tour date for any reason. Please note that some orders may require express shipping with a signature requirement to ensure a timely and secure delivery.
  • GLOGT is not responsible for the actions of the US Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service.

CANCELLATION "NO SHOW" POLICIES:

  • In order to operate the best prices with our vendors/tour agencies, the following cancellation procedures must apply -  If a tour is cancelled before any fees apply, (see below), a cancellation number will be provided. Bookings cancelled resulting in cancellation fee, will not be provided a cancellation number.
  • A $ 25.00 per person cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for guests canceling excursions within 24 hours prior to tour departure with the exception of the tours set out in the Special Policy's below.
  • A Special policy on The City Tour with Gospel Brunch at the House of Blues, the Ultimate Space Experience, all tours which include hotel/cruise accommodation
  • Swim with the Dolphins and VIP Monkey Business are non-refundable after reservation has been made.
  • Cancellation charges cannot be questioned if no cancellation number is provided upon questioning.
  • In the cases of ALL SPACE SHUTTLE LAUNCH TOURS – Tours CANNOT be cancelled for any circumstance once reserved.  Tours for space shuttle launches are mission specific and cannot be transferred to an alternative mission.  Should NASA switch the launch date to a date that is outside your holiday range there are no cancellations as we have no control over this as NASA is a working space launch facility and dates often change.  It is the guests responsibility to keep up to date with the launch schedule, this can be done at www.nasa.gov.  This no refund policy is set in all instances, illness / injury or weather issues do not alter these policy’s.  Tickets will be sent to you and they are non-refundable in all cases. 
  • If the launch reschedules the day prior to launch, then should guests wish to reschedule their tickets they must pay a $35 reschedule fee. This fee covers the cost of rescheduling the bus transportation as the sub-chartered companies charge us fees within this time frame.  If the launch cancels in advance of the day prior to launch, the tours either rescheduled or a tour to the Kennedy Space Center on a regularly scheduled tour can be offered in its place.  If the tour cancels on tour day the following policy’s apply-

NASA Causeway Launch Transportation Tickets (VIP Space Shuttle Launch Tours) - Launch Postponement

Your Launch Transportation Ticket is labeled “VC LTT STS-134 ADULT (or CHILD).” This ticket provides transportation to the NASA Causeway launch viewing site. This ticket will be collected from you when you board the bus to the launch viewing site. If launch is postponed two scenarios are possible:

  1. If you board a bus to the NASA Causeway and launch is postponed, all elements of this ticket are considered used in full. While you will no longer be able to access the NASA Causeway, you will be invited to return for the next launch attempt with your Visitor Complex admission ticket. Return viewing will be from the main Visitor Complex grounds. If KSC allows us to return to the NASA causeway this can be booked with the tour guide for a total cost of $55 per person - $35 for transport and $20 for the LTT ticket.
  2. If launch is postponed before you board a bus, your Launch Transportation Ticket will be valid for the next launch attempt, you will need to purchase transport back to the visitor complex from your tour guide at a cost of $35 per person. If you are unable to come back to the space center for the next launch attempt the LTT ticket can be used in the retail out or restaurant at KSC for the amount of $20 – no change will be given for the ticket.

B. Visitor Complex Admission Tickets - Launch Postponement

If you return for a subsequent launch attempt, this ticket will continue to allow entry into the Visitor Complex: so long as entrances have only been made during ‘go for launch’ days when the shuttle is fueled. Any other admissions into the visitor center change the ticket into a standard 2 day admission ticket.

IMPORTANT RESCHEDULE INFO:

There will be a $35 PER PERSON transportation fee for EACH rescheduled return to the space center with Gray Line or each reschedule of the transportation within 24 hours of the launch DAY.

FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

Any failure to perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and GLOGT shall not be held responsible for the consequences of Acts of God, labor disputes, civil commotions, fire, weather conditions, theft, unavoidable accidents, war, acts of state or agencies thereof, or any other circumstance beyond the control of GLOGT. GLOGT shall not be liable should it be required to change an itinerary or other service necessary for the safety and continuation of any tour or passenger or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of GLOGT. GLOGT reserves the right to modify or change any published rate where changes or modifications have been made and are required by any entities beyond GLOGT's ownership or control. GLOGT shall not be held responsible for misrepresentation in the sales process by a 3rd party.

INDEMNIFICATION

Client hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold GLOGT’s and its partners and/or joint ventures, and/or each affiliated or related entity of each and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively "the Indemnified Parties"), free and harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs) for errors, omissions, or negligent acts arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Client's performance of this Agreement or performance of this Agreement by any agents, servants, independent contractors, or employees of Client. The aforesaid indemnification shall apply as to all of the aforementioned claims, demands, and causes of action except for those instances where Gator Tours is solely at fault.

For the purpose of this information the client is referred to as client or guest and Gator Tours of Orlando (operating as Gray Line of Orlando) are referred to as 'We or GLOGT'.
